I have over 20 years of experience working in Information Technology and currently work for a large credit union, managing the Data and Analytics team. Previously I worked for a major Insurance broker as a Software Developer and combined my Business Intelligence background to deliver data driven solutions. My first internship was at a video game company working with SQL Server and I wrote a basic automated procedure that queried a database and sent out an email notification to internal employees who were overdue when borrowing games. Ever since then I was hooked on data.

The main objective after course completion is for you to have the same initial experience I had, with professional direction for gaining passion and confidence to pursue a longtime career in the booming data field at an affordable price. And at the same time, introduce best practices, tips, tricks, and shortcuts that will help you gain a competitive edge and “wow” as a job prospect or current business professional. And lastly, provide the direction and roadmap needed in order to continue gaining knowledge using self taught learning skills.
